Brand new large family home which is a short drive to the beach, golf courses, wineries and all the Bellarine has to offer. This beautiful home has four bedrooms with a spacious main bedroom with a large luxury en-suite and walk in robe. There are three other bedrooms with two queen beds and two single beds. We have two living areas with two wall-mounted TV's and a spacious kitchen. There is a large alfresco area with a Weber BBQ and large outdoor table. No schoolies or parties. Guest access Complete house, double garage & garden area completely available to guests. Other things to note We have children's and adult board games for you to use along with kids toys such as Lego and a dolls house. We also supply two boogie boards, two adult bikes, and a toddler scooter. There is a selection of adult and kids books for you to use during your stay. A highchair and porta cot is also available. In our kitchen we supply coffee, tea and sugar. There are Nespresso pods for the coffee machine and you have access to jams and lots of condiments. There are also the basic kitchen necessities such as glad wrap, foil, paper towel etc. We supply quilts, quilt covers, pillows, bath mats, hand towels and tea towels. We ask you to bring sheets and towels. However I can arrange sheets and towels for you at $30 per bed if you would prefer.
