Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house, with the number of bedrooms available based on the size of your booking. Each bedroom accommodates up to two guests. To offer flexibility and more competitive pricing for smaller groups, we open bedrooms in line with occupancy. For example, a booking for 8 guests includes access to 4 bedrooms, while 10 guests will have access to 5 bedrooms. Please note that bedrooms are allocated on a two-guests-per-room basis, meaning rooms are not assigned for single occupancy unless the property is booked at full capacity. The house will be exclusively yours for the duration of your stay. On arrival, you will be personally welcomed by your host, Natalie or Joe, who will meet you at the property, provide a brief tour, answer any questions, and hand over the keys—so you can settle in and start enjoying the house right away.
