La Sirena 1. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil get away, it’s a safe community of retired expats by the river & near the beach, the exceptional beauty of the coast of Bahia Concepcion . Enjoy Swimming, Hiking, Fishing, Watching the dolphins. There’s not one bad day in paradise… Sirena 1 is in a low key tourist area, close to Mulege center. Outside this area is mostly off grid. Nearest airport is in Loreto, at 1 hour 1/2 drive from Mulege. A larger casita on the same lot is also for rent. The space The property is located in a safe and quiet community of retired expats. It’s surrounded by a patio , a palapa and beautiful well maintained garden, Don’t be alarmed if you see the gardener turn up in the afternoon,. There’s a security guard who patrols the neighborhood . One step away from the river, five minutes from Mulege town with restaurants and other amenities. We have another Casita , La Sirena 2 on the same property, a bit larger , for rent. Guest access Gated patio and garden. Sirena1 and Sirena2 have each it’s share of outdoor space The parking is safe outside the gate, on the empty lot on the left of the property, by the gate. There’s also a parking spot on the front yard inside the gate. Other things to note There’s a security guard to patrol the community, and a gardener who comes once a week. Outside of center of Mulege, the area is off grid. there’s sometimes short supply of water , or no cell phone/ WiFi reception.
