Cosy cottage with a view

Relax and enjoy a quiet stay with friends or family! Wake up to birds singing and an amazing view over the countryside The space The house consists of many small rooms including a typical Austrian "Stube" (cosy sitting room with tiled stove), a living room with a balcony and four bedrooms. A small bedroom is located on the ground floor, 3 more are upstairs. The only bathroom of the place is also located upstairs! Guest access You have access to the whole ground and first floor of the building. Should you need access to the washing machine in the basement, we can arrange that upon request Other things to note The house is relatively secluded but we do have one lovely neighbour! On one side the house is close to a forest this means: animals, insects, and plants might be evading the property from time to time! You are more than welcome to eat edible fruit and berries on the property if they are ripe at the time of your stay!
