Northzone- Two Bedroom Guests Suite

Hi! Welcome to our two bedroom basement suite; this is the perfect place for 4. The area is surrounded by many trees that cover the entire estate. Little ones can enjoy time in the back yard with enough room to tire themselves out. Indoors, you will find a fully stocked kitchen with many appliances and an assortment of kitchenware. Get cozy inside with a contemporary feel to the place with the blue and orange colours representing a winter and fall theme. The space ENTRANCE The entrance has an area for coats and shoes to prevent dirt from entering the home, and a key holder to keep all your keys organized. KITCHEN In the kitchen we provide all the essentials for cooking meals such as spices, cutlery, plates, pots, and pans. There is an oven, stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and a freezer. The kitchen also comes with a coffee maker, kettle, rice cooker, toaster, and a crock-pot. The kitchen has a breakfast bar that can seat two and is positioned next to the living room where your family can watch the Tv while you eat! LIVING ROOM The living room comes with a three person sofa and a love seat. The Tv comes with Chrome-cast so you can stream your favourite shows directly to the Tv! BEDROOM ONE This is the master bedroom, it has a king sized mattress with a walk in closet. The bedroom also has a door leading to the washer and dryer. BEDROOM TWO This bedroom has a double bed with a closet. WASHROOM Full sized washroom, with shower and bath tub. BACKYARD The back yard has a Tiki bar, out door dining area, and a barbecue to use during the summer days. PLEASE be cautions when using the barbecue as there are many trees near by, so DO NOT leave the barbecue unattended. There is a trampoline to use but there is NO SAFTEY NET, so use it at your own risk. Guest access Guests have their own separate basement entrance, along with a designated route to get to the suite. Guests also have their own designated free parking available on the right hand side of the drive way which allows for two cars to be parked. Guests can then walk down the right hand side of the house to enter the backyard then proceed to the stairs that will lead you down to the suite. Other things to note This place comes with many amenities, and the location is close to many stores and restaurants that are all in walking in distance. The local supermarket (Superstore) is only a 10 minute walk away, and the closest restaurants are about 5 minutes away. The Abbotsford International Airport, is only a 11 minute drive away!
