We are renting out rooms in a cozy flat in the heart of Moda, Kadikoy. The apartment is situated on a quiet street yet right by all the coolest places in Kadikoy. 1 minute away from the famous Bar Street and right next to many cute cafes and restaurants. The apartment is on the third floor and has 4 rooms, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and a lovely balcony. and...write us more information :) The space Our flat is located in Moda, one of the most popular neighbourhoods of Kadikoy (and even Turkey:)). Everything the guests might need is literally right around the corner. Bars, restaurants, shops, sports areas, the seaside, hospital and more. And yet our street is really quiet and your room lets you rest hidden form all the commotion and the noise. The atmosphere in our flat is cosy and warm. Warm in Winter, thanks to the floor heating, fresh and cool in the Summer. AC and fans are also available. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. You can find everything you need in the kitchen, all the appliances and utensils. We pay great importance to cleanliness (kitchen, bathroom etc.) and hygiene and all our guests are always happy with that. We provide paper towels etc. and regularly clean and disinfect the common areas. We are all really respectful towards each other in the house, and can also be really fun when the time is right :)
