Raspberry Ranch - 3 bed w/ yard near airport!

Welcome to the Raspberry Ranch! This 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit is the upper unit of a duplex, but it lives more like a single family home. It was built in the late 50’s so it definitely has some quirks, but lots of charm. The front yard is private and south facing (lots of sun), and the side yard is great for playing games. Due to the bedrooms being quite small, this property is best suited for young families. The space The unit is approximately 1300 square feet with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a full kitchen and a living/dining area. We are about a 10 minute Uber/Taxi ride from the airport. Within close proximity is a grocery store, gas station, bowling alley, liquor store, coffee hut, hardware store, Sushi restaurant, and 3 fast food restaurants. The bedrooms are small, but the beds are very comfortable. There is 1 king bedroom (closest to the bathroom), a bedroom with two twins, and 1 full bedroom. The red sofa in the living room also pulls out to a bed for the kiddos (this one has a new memory foam mattress, still not the most comfortable since it's a sofa bed, but better than springs!) The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The kitchen is well equipped with pots/pans and utensils. If there is anything you're missing, especially if it will be useful to other guests, please let us know and we would love to pick it up for you. I'm hoping this unit will eventually have just about everything a traveling family could need. The outdoor space is lovely and quite private. The front porch/yard has a privacy fence, and gate access to a large side yard. Perfect for playing cornhole (on site) or kicking a soccer ball around. There is also a small back deck off the dining room with a propane grill. The entire property is fully fenced. Laundry is in a common area and is shared with the downstairs unit. Access is through the door by the kitchen, through the garage, and downstairs to the utility room. Lastly, large parties/events are not allowed out of respect for our neighbors. We're totally fine with family/friend get togethers. Quiet hours are 6am-10pm. Guest access Guests have private access to the front yard, side yard, and back porch area, as well as the entire unit upstairs. Garage access is pass-through only to get to the laundry room.
