Designed for guests seeking comfort, elegance, and convenience, this sophisticated retreat places you just steps from the iconic Santa Fe Plaza. Situated on the fourth floor of Lincoln Square, The Lincoln 401 captures beautiful views of downtown Santa Fe and the surrounding mountain ranges. Whether you’re visiting for relaxation or exploration, this residence serves as your ideal home away from home—an inviting space to recharge, reconnect, and experience Santa Fe in true downtown luxury. From the moment you step outside your private residence, you’re immersed in Santa Fe’s rich history and culture—explore centuries-old landmarks, browse authentic Native American turquoise beneath the Palace of the Governors portal, experience world-class art and galleries, and savor the region’s celebrated Southwestern cuisine. At The Lincoln 401, luxury living and authentic Santa Fe charm come together seamlessly. Located on the fourth floor of Lincoln Square, this expansive residence captures sweeping views of downtown Santa Fe and the surrounding mountain ranges. Thoughtfully designed with superior craftsmanship, the unit blends modern comforts with a contemporary interpretation of traditional Santa Fe style. Lincoln 401, sleeps six people in the three-bedroom suites, all with king beds and clean, custom-tiled ensuite bathrooms. An additional powder bath is easily accessible from a hallway near the living spaces. The primary bedroom offers a king bed and its own patio. Complete with hand-worked wood floors, large closets, a gas fireplace, and large French doors to the sunny patio. The master bathroom is complete with a spacious walk­-in shower, tiled by the hands of a supremely skilled artisan, stone-topped vanity, and custom cabinetry. At the opposite end, the two king-bedded guest suites each feature a lovely bathroom with more custom tile work and cabinetry, a walk­-in shower with a European glass shower door, and a spacious walk-in closet. These lovely suites also feature diamond plaster walls, wood floors, luxurious linens, and their own TVs. The central common spaces of this fine residence flow into one another, without unnecessary dividing walls. The gorgeous kitchen is fresh and bright, with custom cabinets and smooth granite accentuating the stainless steel appliances. The living room is large and comfortably furnished, with a fireplace and a massive beam providing definition to this perfect space. For dining with your group, a long table seats eight with ease, more if needed. The patios are accessible from the living and dining areas. Other amenities include a fully equipped laundry room, soaps, and bath supplies, Amazon Firestick, free wi­fi, comfy bathrobes, and plentiful pillows; off-street parking for one car is included as well. Experience a totally new concept in approximately 2,500 square feet of “Downtown Luxury, Santa Fe Style”. One parking spot in the lot adjacent to the Lincoln Building is included with your reservation. It is a private off-street lot and you will receive a parking pass for entry and exit. Terms and Conditions As is standard practice in any accommodation, we require a valid credit card, address, phone number, email, vehicle and license plate information to be on file before access is granted to any unit.  Contact information is required so we can contact you and identify you as one of our guests, both for your safety and in the event of an emergency. A valid credit card must be on file for incidental charges, including smoking, excessive cleaning or any other damage NOT covered by the CSA (or other third-party) insurance.   ***Regardless of third-party protection and booking procedures, AdobeStar Properties requires the valid credit card and billing information requirements mentioned above.  After booking, our office will contact you directly with additional instructions.    AirBnB Guests: You are automatically covered for up to $1,000,000 of damage protection, at no additional fee, premium or deductible when booking through AirBnB.   Check-In: We guarantee check-in by 4:00 pm with a personalized check-in procedure. This is meant to assist and protect our guests and owners. For an additional fee, you can arrange for an earlier check-in that will guarantee the readiness of the unit by 2:00 pm or 3:00 pm. Please contact our guest services team to check on details and availability.  In the event that we have the unit prepared earlier than 4:00 pm, we will call you and let you know that you have the option to check-in early without being charged a fee, but please remember that this is by no means a guarantee. We want you to enjoy your stay as much as possible, but we also need the time to make things perfect for you. Check- Out: Check-out time is 10:00 am. If a later check-out has not been arranged, please observe our 10:00 am check-out time so that we can perform our housekeeping and maintenance tasks for the next guest’s arrival. We want it to be as clean for our next guests as it was for you. ***For an additional fee of $100 per hour, you can arrange for a later check-out time of 11:00 am or 12:00 pm. Please contact our guest services team to check on details and availability.  Property management will do a walk-through of the unit after your departure to ensure that there has been no damage to the unit, or any property left behind. If you would prefer to be present during the walk-through, please let our office know. If you depart without being present during our walk-through, we will inform you of the damage and work with you to have the appropriate amount deducted from your security deposit, claimed through your insurance policy and/or charged to your credit card on file, whichever is appropriate. Smoking is prohibited in all the indoor areas within the property without exception. If a smoking violation occurs in a unit, the guest will be charged an additional $250 non-refundable cleaning fee.    Pets: Dogs are only allowed at pet-friendly properties. We do not allow cats or other animals in any of our properties. Dogs that accompany a reservation must be approved by management before booking. They must be 30lbs or less, housebroken, non-barking, and at least one year old. If your dog meets the requirements above or has been approved by property management, a $60 per pet per week additional fee plus taxes will be added to your reservation.   Mid-Stay Clean: We require a mid-stay clean for every tenth night that you are staying with us, and each mid-stay clean fee is equal to one-half of the exit cleaning fee. The mid-stay clean will be scheduled by property management prior to your arrival. This cleaning service is a general tidying of the unit in which housekeeping will change out all bedroom and bathroom linens as well as restocking of toiletries and other added amenities.
