Rickard Homestead: Get away from it all!

Located minutes from Silver Lake Sand Dunes recreation area, it provides a relaxed place to gather with the family after a fun-filled day! Front yard activities, evening s'mores and fireflies, and enough space (3 acres!) for everyone to play sets the Rickard Homestead apart. Perfect for large families or multiple families with on-premise parking. The space The house is situated in the middle of about 3 acres with an attached garage. There is plenty of yard both in front and back of the house. As you enter from the garage, you step into the kitchen with an attached dining area. There is an open floor plan that includes living room space connected to a den/TV room, that then takes you out through a sliding glass door to the large covered back porch. Plenty of room for all guests to be together during meals and social time. Off of the main living area is a full bath and laundry room. The second floor spaces are accessed through two separate sets of stairs adding privacy. Through the laundry room you will find steps up to the apartment and down to a door leading to the back yard fire pit and patio and on down to the electric panel access in the basement. To the right of the main living area are the stairs leading up to 2 bedrooms and a half bath. Bedrooms – • First floor: primary bedroom – king bed with en suite full bath; the TV room and nap nook can be used for sleeping (1-person in each). • Second floor bedrooms (stairs on right side of house): winter room – king bed (right door) and summer room – full bed (left door); • Second floor apartment (stairs on the left side of house past the laundry room): main bedroom – king bed; TV room – couch pulls out to a single bed; Bunk bed room – 2 bunk beds . Guest access Guests have access to all of the house, the garage, and the connecting yard space. Other things to note The unique design of the house is great for multiple families. There are two separate second floor sets of steps, one leads to 2 bedrooms and a half bath and the other to a full apartment including a room with bunkbeds. The large back deck leading to a full yard allows for plenty of room to play and relax.
