The open concept home leads to a spacious living and fully equipped kitchen area, with both formal dining and casual dining areas, plenty of space where your family can congregate and feel completely at home. Discover the outdoors with large, covered heated pool. Disclosure: The pool is heated all year from 9am-9pm. **Please note that the spa overflows to heat the pool. The spa has jets but should NOT be expected to serve as a HOT TUB. The space THE PROPERTY-- Free WIFI, Outdoor Entertainment Space, Heated Pool, lounge chairs, BBQ and tiki bar. KITCHEN: Fully equipped, a breakfast bar, drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, knife set, and dishwasher. Cook ware, and utensils. GENERAL: Linen/towels, washer/dryer, central air conditioning/heat, complimentary toiletries, dish soap and dishwasher pods, and trash bags INTERIOR: 1 KING BED, (1) QUEEN BED, (1) FULL BED, (2) TWIN BED AND TRUNDLE, (2) flat screen Smart TVs, Ceiling fans throughout. PARKING: Extra-large driveway for multiple cars. NO GARAGE access, used for owner's personal storage and supplies. SECURITY SYSTEM: Throughout house, with smoke alarm and CO2 detectors. Cameras at the front driveway and side of house, plus doorbell camera. PLEASE NOTE Disclosure: The pool is heated all year round from 9am-9pm. **Please note that the spa overflows to heat the pool. The spa has buttons for jets which circulate the water but should NOT be expected to serve as a HOT TUB! The pool heater will heat the pool with the assistance of the sun and outdoor temperature. If weather changes due to extreme cold, it is inevitable that the pool heater cannot keep up. When booking guest must register exact number of guests spending the night. If changes occur, you must disclose this information to us. Sleep 10 but any additional after 8 will be an extra charge of $20 per person/per day. Guest access The whole house is available to our renters, EXCEPT for the garage. We use that as a storage space. Other things to note Every Tuesday or Wednesday mid-day, a pool person comes to clean and check chemicals, please do not ask him to adjust the temperature of the pool. Please contact us to request instructions. Also, you might see someone coming through to mow and weed the yard during your stay.
