The space Parking available on street in front of house. Avoid using neighbor's driveway for turn around. Access to lower level by stairs to the right of house next to garage/driveway. Keyless entry to access private lower-level accommodations and back deck. Guest access Guests allowed in lower level of home and use of back deck. Backyard off limits due to work in progress. Other things to note A black cat named "Jax" lives at the property and is not allowed inside lower level of home.
