Room in shared house with garden and cute pets

Cozy room on the ground floor with a comfortable 2p bed, bedside table and wardrobe. The house has a beautiful backyard where you can have breakfast, chill in the hammock or make a small campfire at night. City center is within walking distance (~15 min) and the bus stop in front of the house, so easy travel to the city center and train station. High-tech campus and TU/e are cycling distance (10-15 min), so this is an ideal place to stay overnight for people who commute for work to Eindhoven. Guest access You'll have the guestroom for yourself, but are also free to make use of the kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room and backyard. These spaces will be shared with me and my pets. If you're planning to work during your stay, just let me know, and I'll ensure that the home office space in the living room is available for your use. During your stay I consider us temporary housemates :). Typically, I'm away most of the time due to work and hobbies, but there's a chance we'll cross paths. Feel free to ask questions or have a chat if you're in the mood. You're also welcome to hang out in the living room or yard with me. If you prefer to keep to yourself or spend most of your time in your room, that's completely fine too. I'll follow your lead! Other things to note Important: The apartment comes with an enthusiastic and adorable dog, two incredibly friendly cats and four sassy chickens. While the pets are not allowed in the guestroom, there's a good chance you'll encounter them during your stay. So if you're an animal lover, you're in for a treat! If not, it might be better to continue your search for another place to stay.
