A spacious, fully air-conditioned family villa with a private 8x4m pool and large 1,200m² enclosed garden, set in the peaceful foothills of the Albères. With 5 bedrooms, mountain views and hiking trails on the doorstep, the villa is ideal for families and groups looking for space, privacy and relaxation, while the sandy beaches of Argelès-sur-Mer are only 12–15mins away, Collioure 20mins away and Spain 30mins away. Fast wifi and dedicated workspace make the villa well suited for remote working. The space The villa sits within a large 1,200 m² private garden, fully enclosed and secured by an electric entrance gate, providing plenty of peaceful outdoor space for the whole family to enjoy. Inside, the spacious villa is arranged over two floors and features five comfortable bedrooms, along with a bright open-plan kitchen and dining area. All five bedrooms and the main living spaces are equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a cool and comfortable stay even during the hottest summer months. On the ground floor, you will find 2 very spacious ensuite bedrooms (1 double 160cm and 2 singles 90cm), each with a shower, a large bohemian-style living room as well as a fully equipped kitchen. A separate room (10m2)which can either provide a dedicated workspace or can also serve as a fifth bedroom, with a sofa bed as well as a separate WC and a laundry room with washer/dryer, On the upper floor, there is a small reading area, 2 additional bedrooms (1 double 160cm and 2 singles 90cm), a bathroom, and a separate WC. The large private 8 × 4 m pool is perfect for cooling off and enjoying the Mediterranean sunshine during the warmer months. The pool is available from beginning of June to end of September. The pool is not heated and is not enclosed, however, a child-safe cover secures the pool when closed during the off-season. Surrounded by forested foothills, the house feels close to nature, with the sounds of the nearby Tassio river and birds all around. This is a particularly sunny and pleasant part of the Pyrénées-Orientales, ideally situated between the sea and the mountains. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the property during their stay.
