Supervised beach with private access from the residence. Guests can enjoy the residence's swimming pool (open from June 15 to September 15) as well as a place in the closed and secure parking lot with electric gate. The accommodation has a bedroom with double bed (140 x 190) and a 2-seater sofa bed in the living room, TV, bathroom with toilet, equipped kitchen, garden level to enjoy eating outside meals prepared on the plancha. I provide you with sheets and towels and provide you with coffee, tea, salt, pepper, olive oil, water bottle, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, card games, books and magazines for the beach. For stays of 2 guests, only the double bed in the bedroom is provided. However, if you wish to have a separate room (use the sofa bed in the living room), I can prepare it for you at your request for an additional €20. I'm available throughout your stay if needed.
