The space A unique maisonette located in Trikorfo, Sithonia, a residential area situated between the woods and the clear sea, ideal for your summer holidays in peace and quiet. The house is 83sq.m. It has got two terraces, one on the ground floor and another one on the first floor, both with exceptional view, and a balcony as well, providing a pleasant view both of the sea and the mountain. On the ground floor there is a spacious living-room in two levels with two sofas and a smart TV, a kitchen with a big brand-new refrigerator and many utensils and a bathroom. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a single one. The second bedroom has got three beds. Between the two bedrooms there is a bathroom with a brand-new washing machine with big capacity. A flat-screen TV, a dining area, and a kitchen with a microwave are also provided. Towels and bed linen are available. The wooden staircase leading downstairs has anti-slippery mats. All doors and windows have window nets to keep insects out. Both floors are air-conditioned, though the house is very cool due to its location close to the woods. We hope you enjoy your stay at our summer house as much as we do. Other things to note The house is surrounded by gardens; trees, flowers and lawn. There are two playgrounds, two basketball-courts, a football pitch, two swimming-pools, a cafeteria, a supermarket, a beach bar and a restaurant serving seafood, grilled meat and traditional Greek dishes. As there is no lifeguard at the swimming pool; children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult. The depth of the small one is 0.75m and the big one is up to 2.85m. The beach is within easy reach, either seven-minute walk (c.500 m.) or two minutes by car (there is a free parking area). Within a 2.5km radius there are the villages of Gerakini and Psakoudia. In Psakoudia you can find everything you may need; restaurants, pizzerias, cafeterias, supermarkets, an amusement arcade for children (and all those who feel like children!) and a long sandy beach with many beach bars. In Ormilia, a nearby village, 7km away there is an ATM of Piraeus Bank, a General Practitioner, a dentist, pharmacies. In 20km there are two cities; Polygyros (the capital of Chalkidiki) and Nea Moudania, where you may find civil services like banks, hospitals, etc. The airport of Thessaloniki is 70km far, where car rental services are available.
