(there are some here). Laundry room going into bathroom. Newly renovated with new flooring and plumbing, including hot water tank. New paint throughout. This is an older house from 1951 originally owned by a Great Aunt. Guest access Access to whole house with the exception of the basement that is not used, it's only the utility room. Access to the front and back yard and ground patio.
