Fresh and modern basement apartment in central Örebro with private entrance, patio and free parking. The apartment is about 26 sqm and has its own bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with a freezer compartment, stove, Airfryer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Free Wi-Fi and TV screen with Chromecast. Electric car chargers are available at extra cost. About a 15-minute walk to the station and just under 2 km to the city center. 200 meters to the nearest bus stop. You are close to most things without being bothered by the noise and stress in town. You have a private, cosy garden area right outside of the apartment.
