The Main Stay is your home away from home. Located between Downtown Muncie and Ball State/ IU Ball Memorial hospital, The Main Stay has been completely remodeled top to bottom over the last year. The property consists of 2 units and you have the entire unit 1 to yourself. Unit 1 features a large covered porch, 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, and full size kitchen. Off street parking is available. Unit one has a large living room that is open to the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has full size appliances, including a dishwasher. There are 2 bedrooms. The front bedroom has a standard closet, dresser, and desk. The back bedroom has a walk in closet with chest of drawers. There is an alcove that has a desk in it and access to the backyard/ parking area. The unit has 1 full bath and full size washer/ dryer. Unit one has exclusive use of the covered front porch. Guests of unit 1 have access to the entire unit 1, front porch, backyard, and parking area. The Main Stay is located in the Old West End neighborhood in Downtown Muncie. The house is located on Main Street which is the main west bound road that goes through the heart of downtown. There is some street noise from cars and people, and like anywhere in Muncie you occasionally will hear a train. The Main Stay is just 3 minutes from Ball State University via car, 15 minutes on foot, and just a 6 minute drive to IUBMH. The Old West End is an eclectic neighborhood that we love and hope you will too! Parking is available off street off the alley. The alley is not in great condition and parking is best accessed via the east entrance to the alley. There is also on street parking available.
