Comfortable & homely king size room with en suite

Welcome to our cosy and comfortable guest room with king size bed and en-suite shower room. The guest room is at the end of a private corridor in our 250 year old Grade 2 listed farmhouse, so you have peace and privacy. There are tea making facilities in the room and we provide a breakfast tray at your door in the morning. Parking is on the lane just a few seconds away from our house, it is a quiet lane and there are no restrictions. The space We are located in the quiet and peaceful village of Carhampton, located a 5 - 10 drive to Minehead with its beach, steam trains, shops, pubs, restaurants and the start of the South West Coast Path. From our house, you can find a lovely walk through the deer park to Dunster village with its castle or take a stroll to Blue Anchor beach, both an approximately 30 minute walk. We are also a short drive to stunning Exmoor where there is plenty to explore. Other things to note Please note that we do have a cat, although he is not allowed into the guest room, he does have access to the rest of the house. Please also be aware that the house is very old and quirky with some sloping floors in places. There are also a number of steps around the house, along with the main staircase. Anyone with mobility issues may struggle, please feel free to message us prior to booking, if you are unsure. We would appreciate it if you can give us an approximate arrival time. We are a family home with a young child so we have to be aware of guests arriving should we be doing bedtime etc.
