This all-season retreat is just moments from Bala and Port Carling. Perfect for families, it features a game-filled space with an arcade machine, mini sports court, and plenty of outdoor adventures. The space Discover the ultimate family retreat nestled in a serene forest on Gibson Lake. Our charming cottage awaits you at the end of a tranquil cul-de-sac, just off the 400. This beautiful 3-bedroom bungalow with a finished walkout basement and 2 baths is perfect for families. Immerse yourself in nature and embrace the tranquility of this idyllic getaway, while your kids explore the newly built treehouse, creating unforgettable memories in their very own woodland adventure haven. Guest access Access to the entire cottage with all its amenities. Other things to note Year-Round Amenities Enjoy comfort and fun no matter the season! The cottage is equipped with a hot tub, wood-fired sauna, foosball table, arcade game machine, ping pong table, and an indoor projector for cozy movie nights. Spring–Summer–Fall (May 1 - Oct 14) During the warmer months, guests have access to watercraft (canoe, kayak, paddleboard), hammocks, swings, and a mini sports court with basketball, volleyball, and soccer nets - plus equipment for the kids to enjoy and plenty more to discover! Winter (Oct 15 - Apr 30) In the winter, the property transforms into a snowy playground with a skating rink, toboggan run, and ice fishing available right on the lake. Note that these activities are weather permitting. Please note: the base rate includes up to 8 guests. We do allow additional guests beyond 8 on a case-by-case basis, as long as our house rules - especially our strict no-party policy - are fully respected. There is an additional charge of $200 per guest per night to help cover the added wear, cleaning, and utilities required to maintain the space comfortably and safely.
