The house is located in a small beachfront residence in the Gulf of Morbihan Regional Natural Park. The house faces south facing ocean side and has an enclosed landscaped garden. The space ================================================= APRIL Special Offer 2 electric bikes: Dual-suspension hybrid bikes (26" and 28") will be available in April. ================================================= On the ground floor you will find the living room with kitchen /dining/ living room, a bathroom with sink/shower and an independent WC. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped: Large fridge / freezer, rotating heat oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, heated mixer bowl. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms: - one bedroom with sea view equipped with a 140*190 bed and an office - one bedroom with 2 beds of 80 that can be brought together with a topper to form a queen size bed The large sofa in the convertible living room can offer an additional 140*190 punctual sleeping. The bedrooms and the living room are equipped with ambient lights with remote control (brightness and color choice, nightlight mode) The house has a 4K 43’’ smart TV that will allow you to enjoy your subscriptions (Netflix, Amazon Prime, salto, Molotov, deezer, spotify,...) and 40Mbs private WIFI (remote work possible) The garage offers a shower cubicle ‘’back from the beach ’‘, a ’back fishing sink’ ’and a washing machine. In the garden you will find a large table, 3 sunbaths and a large barbecue/grill/plancha Campingaz. A small vegetable garden will offer you in season cherry, cucumbers and zucchini tomatoes. Guest access If I am not available to welcome you; don't worry, a key box will allow you to check in independently. The entire house is private: house + garden + attached garage. Your car can be parked just in front of the house (1 private space). If you have guests, a visitor car park is present at the entrance of the residence. If you come by motorcycle, it can be parked in the garage or in the garden. You can also store your bikes, paddleboards, etc. in the garage or in the enclosed garden. It is also famous for fishing on foot during the high tides. You can walk on the beautiful beach several kilometers to the tip of Penvins. Suscinio Castle is also accessible by the beach and paths. From the beach to the west you will find the port of Saint-Jacques a few hundred yards away. After the harbor you can continue walking on the coastal path to the cliffs and coves of Saint Gildas de Rhuys. All the coastal path of Morbihan is pedestrianized. I provide a guide to local hikes. BIKE RIDES =============== You prefer cycling: The Rhuys peninsula offers nearly 100km of bike paths. I provide 4 adult mountain bikes/VTCs (26'') and the map of the slopes. From October to March, I provide in addition to 2 electric bikes. In summer, "the little smugglers" offer Saint Armel <=> Sené and Sené <=>Vannes. It is possible to board your bike. Price 2€ Another smuggler offers a crossing (with his bike) Pencadenic <=> Penerf to drive for example to the beaches of Damgan. GULF ISLANDS =============== Boat crossings are available to reach the Ile d 'Arz and Ile aux Monines; from Vannes all year round and also from Port Navalo in summer season. The islands of Tascon and Berder are within walking distance at low tide. Attention: the tide schedules are different on the ocean side and inside the Gulf. NO SMOKING ALLOWED ==================== The house is non-smoking (smoking is allowed on the garden terrace) PETS =================== No pets are allowed. LINEN & BEDDING ============ A bath mat, hand towel, and dish towel are available. Bed and bath linen is not provided. Be sure to take your own - Beds 140 & 160: duvet 220*240 - Beds 80: duvets 140*200 - Pillows 60*60 The 140 bed is a pocket spring mattress placed on a slatted bed base: this bed is rather firm. The two 80 beds each consist of a spring mattress on a slatted bed base. On request, the two 80 beds can be connected by a 160 mattress topper that offers extra support. The accommodation has beds for 6 people + 1 umbrella bed. For your convenience, we recommend not exceeding 4 people. CLEANING ======= Vacuum cleaner, broom, mop, cleaning products, dishwasher doses, 1 garbage bag, 1 roll of toilet paper are available. Cleaning is to be done at the end of the stay by the tenants. Upon request upon booking, cleaning can be done: €80. This service consists of: - Suction and cleaning of the ground floor, 1st and stairs, - Cleaning inside fridge, - Cleaning kitchen countertops, - Shower cleaning (tray, walls, siphon), - Cleaning toilet bowl.
