It is ideal for families, couples or friends with a large bedroom and a closed cabin area with bunk beds and a double sofa bed. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. The open living space is spacious, bright with two large bay windows. the dining table can comfortably accommodate 6 people! In the sofa and very comfortable armchairs you can enjoy a smart TV. The living room opens onto a large southwest-facing terrace, sunny all day. The modern kitchen is equipped "like at home", with everything you need (including Nespresso coffee machine, large capacity built-in fridge freezer, built-in oven, microwave, induction cooktop, etc.) The master bedroom offers a double bed, separable to make two beds if needed (2 x 80 x 200). The bedding is new. The space allows you to benefit from a mini dressing room for all your belongings. The bunk beds in the second bedroom are 90 x 190, also suitable for adults if necessary. The bedroom also has a closet large enough to store your clothes. The sofa turns into a 140 x 190 bed. The bathroom offers a large walk-in shower. On the ground floor you will find a private boot room with heated supports as well as a closed private cellar ideal for bicycles. The apartment has a private covered parking space in the basement.
