It is one of our best apartments, located in a historic village, and has a very large and exclusive terrace overlooking Florence. Charming old pool overlooking the greenery and the Duomo. It has an equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with a double sofa bed, and finally a very large terrace overlooking the hills and the Duomo of Florence. In the village there is a very elegant swimming pool, which can be used by guests of this apartment and the other apartments. Guest access SWIMMING POOL AND POOL RULES: It is possible to access the village pool. The pool is not exclusive; other guests from the village may be present. It is not possible in any way to accommodate people not included in the booking. Parties are prohibited, and smoking, drinking, and eating are forbidden. Pets are not allowed in the pool. Minors may not use it without adult supervision. It can be used from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. OUTDOOR AREAS: Outdoor areas such as gardens, lawns, driveways, etc. are shared with other guests and are only for passage. Outdoor dining is only allowed on the apartment's exclusive terrace. OUTSIDERS/OTHER GUESTS: We're unable to accommodate outside guests. ONLY guests who have booked can access the village, the house, and the pool. MINORS: Minors cannot stay on their own. AGE: Guests booking under 25 must request availability from the property, which reserves the right to accept or reject the booking, as relaxation and tranquility are essential when sharing the space with other guests. GROUPS: Large groups are not allowed. We do not rent more than 2 apartments to the same people/groups/acquaintances. CITY TAX: Not included; it will be calculated at the time of booking and communicated to the guest by message immediately after booking. Other things to note In the village you can meet our dogs, a French bulldog named Piera and a boxer named Marialuisa, both very good and sociable, accustomed to being with people, they do not bark and do not disturb guests.
