45 minutes south of Toulouse, come and have a pleasant time at Château l'Argelès. This renovated mansion is built like a small castle with its two towers. You will have a swimming pool with an exotic wooden terrace (10 m by 11 m) and an inflatable spa during your stay. 5 min walk to the city center you can enjoy the Thermal Baths, Casino, restaurants, local shops (supermarket, tobacco, greengrocer, bakeries...) and even golf. The space The 340 m2 house is fully private. It includes 2 living rooms, a dining room, a large kitchen, a laundry room, 5 bedrooms, 3 shower rooms/bathrooms, 5 toilets. The accommodation is composed on the ground floor: - a cozy living room with 2 red velvet Chesterfield sofas, a fireplace and a library - a relaxation room with a green velvet Chesterfield sofa to watch TV (163 cm UHD with Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime), 4 matching armchairs and a table for playing board games. - a living area, dining room/kitchen with cooking piano (gas or wood), large stainless steel worktops, a dining area with an oval table and 14 chairs. - a laundry room with large fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. On the first floor, a toilet, 4 bedrooms with 10 beds: - 2 triple bedrooms (one queen size bed and one single bed per room) two double bedrooms (queen size bed), two shower rooms and a large bathroom with bathtub, shower, double sinks and toilet - On the second floor, a dormitory with 6 single beds, a toilet and a sink. We have a portable air conditioner for the floor.
