Lovely 1 br 1 and 1 half bath with artist loft. Located in the heart of little Italy. This property is located steps away from India street. Home of great restaurants bars and shopping. Walking distance to the harbor, waterfront park, marina, museums, seaport village. The piazza is two blocks away where there is music and events daily including a farmers market on Sat and Wed. The airport, trolly, and train station are minutes away. The space This space has an art loft that you can use to try your hand at painting. All supplies are available to play with. Guest access The entire home is accessible. There are two front doors one on each floor if you can’t use the stairway. Other things to note I have one underground parking space, this is a small space so compact cars only. I also have full sized washer and dryer inside the unit. It should also be noted that my staircase is spiral with floating stairs. I do not recommend this for toddlers.
