Welcome to our adorable studio apartment located close to all Charleston has to offer. A short 5 minute drive will land you in the heart of downtown Charleston. If it's the beach you are looking for, we are located between Folly Beach(12 minutes) and Sullivans Island(15 minutes). The guesthouse is also walking distance to many shops, restaurants, bars and an organic grocery store. Enjoy a morning walk or bike ride on the Greenway that backs up to the property spanning 16 miles roundtrip. The space Welcome to our adorable Guesthouse! This brand new space features an open floor plan bedroom/living room combo with a kitchenette and a full bathroom. The guesthouse is about 450 sq ft of space, located on the 2nd floor above our detached garage. The guesthouse is on the same premises as our home. There is free parking on the street in front of the property. The main living space has a large couch that folds out into a queen bed, a smart tv, and a small foldout table to eat or work at. Also, in this area there is a queen size bed as well as clothing rack. There is an updated kitchenette , with a microwave, toaster over/air fryer, hot plate, and essentials for cooking and dining. O/A Guest access The guest will have full access of the guesthouse and the privately fenced in yard featuring a patio. Other things to note House Rules: - Parking limited to 2 cars - No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. - The maximum property capacity is 4 people. - Booking individual must be present for stay and be over 25 year old - 2 small dogs allowed. There is a $50 pet fee as well as an additional $20 for second dog. - Clean up after your pets - Keep a close eye on your kids and any pets while in the yard and on the stairs. - No loud noises between 10 pm - 8 am - No parties or events - No smoking - No illegal substances - Wash the dishes before checkout - Place all towels and wash clothes in shower before checkout - Remove all bedding and place in pile next to bed before checkout - Make sure to turn off the lights and any electronics when you leave the house. - Don't forget to close the windows and lock the door.
