There is always something for everyone to enjoy. The space This apartment is located on the second floor of our newly renovated 1920’s historic building. Although fully updated, we took careful thought when preserving the space's unique charm from the original hard wood floors to the beautiful cast iron claw-foot tub. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen ready for some "home cooked" meals. In the morning enjoy a complimentary coffee on the front porch and in the evening after exploring the town, curl up in front of our Roku smart tv to catch up on your shows. This unit looks out amongst the trees over the shared courtyard where you may enjoy many sitting areas, patio tables, two gas grills, a hammock under the oak tree and a fire pit. Beach essentials are provided on a first come first serve basis in the laundry area which is free for guest use during your stay. Guest access Guests have access to either gate at the front or back of the property, any of the outdoor sitting areas, hammock and grills, and laundry room.
