The space From the driveway, there are 9 steps going up to the main entrance door, all four (4) guest rooms are located on the second or upper level of the house, there are 14 steps. Guest has the sole use of the main level and second level of the house. Main level of the house has a full kitchen, powder room or half bathroom, family room, dining and living room. The basement and the garage are not included of the rental. Entire house has hardwood floor, floor tiles in kitchen and full bathrooms. This house is very spacious for the maximum eight (8) paid guests allowed. Guest access Electronic Main entrance door access. Guest has the sole use and access of the main level and second level of the house. Backyard use is shared with owner. Basement and Garage are privately use by the owner and are not accessible by guests. Other things to note Total number of guests is important for accurate nightly rate cost paid. Get together, party, gathering, and or over night stay guests for more than the confirmed registered or paid number of people on this reservation is subject to a violation fee of $1,500.00 and or eviction without further notice. Number of registered guest or total number of people on your reservation is strictly enforce and is subject to an additional fee of $175.00 for each non registered guest each night/day plus 13 percent applicable tax. Smoking or pet fee is additional one time cost of $400.00. Tampering the doorbell located in the front entrance of the house is subject to a one time fee of $800.00. You are subject for additional cost as mentioned above if the intention to book this house is for a get together, party, and or gathering more than the number of people confirmed on this reservation and must be paid upon request.
