The space Our space offers fresh, modern and efficient design that will instantly make you want to sit back and relax into style and comfort. You’ll enjoy the expansive feel of the kitchen; a beautiful desk, dining and living space; cozy and crisp bedroom linens; and a bright, sleek bathroom with your own washer and dryer, so laundry needs are a breeze! You can venture across the street for a delicious bite at the unique corner cafe, but we offer a quick grab and go breakfast for busy mornings or a budget friendly option. Organic k-cups (for use in the single-serve Keurig coffee machine), all natural and/or organic flavored oatmeal packets for each morning of your stay, a few seasonally fresh fruits when available, dishes, glassware, silverware, cutlery etc. await your arrival. Cookware, essentials, high-end appliances and ample counter space ensure eating-in is as enjoyable of an experience as heading out for a bite, should that be your preference! For your remote work needs, strong wifi and a dedicated desk space provides ample room for distraction-free and organized focus. The 50" 4k UHD LED TV with our personal ROKU signed into a multitude of subscription services for your use assures that rest and relaxation between your adventures will be top-notched. We invite you to watch anything signed-in and accessible free of charge. Any rent/purchase charges for content incurred will be requested as reimbursement through AirBnb, plus a $5 invoicing fee. When it’s time to turn in, you’ll climb into a king sized nest. Lying atop upgraded CertiPUR-US Certified memory foam, and nestled within fresh, cool and cozy white sheets, upgraded pillows and a crisp comfy duvet, you'll enjoy an amazingly restorative night’s sleep. To accommodate a third and fourth guest, you will find a surprisingly comfortable, luxury queen-sized plug-and-go air mattress, with crisp white, cozy linens and blankets. We are within walking distance to five different grocery stores, and a block over from one of the city’s beautiful and spacious parks complete with a newly upgraded playground, rounding out your stay with easy access to fresh food, movement and an expansive variety of city attractions that will keep you coming back again and again! Guest access While we reside in the unit above and will often be in town, just a phone call away, you’re invited to check in and out on your own with the lockbox thus assuring the space feels truly personal and private while you're here. Street parking is plentiful, and free from the hours of 7pm to 9am (10pm to 8am beginning October 1, 2025), and all day Sunday. Across the street and to the east, parking is also free from 9am to 7pm (10pm to 8am beginning October 1, 2025) if moved every 2 hours. On our side of the street and to the west, parking is paid every 4 hours through the parking station a few paces to the north, or through the Parking Kitty app, allowing renewal throughout the day straight from your smart mobile device. Game nights at Providence Park do affect prices and duration, please do due diligence before traveling with a vehicle! There is a (steeply inclined) parking spot directly in front of the unit that our guests are welcome to briefly utilize for loading/unloading, as long as weather conditions are not icy and your vehicle is equipped with a reliable e-brake. After loading/unloading, we ask that guests please move their vehicle to the street, as this driveway is also how we access our family car in/out of the garage. Occasionally we are able to offer the private spot to our guests for $25/night stayed (we do not charge for the morning of check-out), depending on our schedule during your stay and whether we will need access to the garage in front of the space. Please communicate after booking if you are interested in electing this option, and we will do our best to accommodate. Other things to note Our family lives up stairs, so occasionally the pitter patter of little feet may be heard above. We are mindful to keep this to a minimum as only part of our space is directly overhead and welcome you to reach out to our cell numbers should you feel in any way bothered!
