The space A small but handy and clean one room apartment for 1-2 persons. Includes a kitchenette and wc & shower. Located on the 7th floor, with a view over a park and the city horizon. The whole apartment with all its utilities are in the private use of the guest for the whole duration of the reservation. Guest access The whole apartment is for the private use of the guest. Additionally the guest has access to the staircase, lift, balcony and back yard, which are all in common use of the building's residents. Access to the laundry room can also be arranged, depending on the length of the reservation.
