Bachelor suite apartment

This unique place has a style all its own. The space This is a cozy private bachelor suite which is suitable for one guest or a couple. Close to the historic downtown of Newmarket. Great neighborhood and full of energy. Other things to note This is a pet free and smoke free suite and we expect our guests to be respectful of that to avoid any charges. Quiet time is at 10 pm until 7 am during the week and 12am until 8 am on weekend We usually don’t accept any visitors except some situations that need to let us know before.we might not be able to provide some amenities like shampoo,conditioner,paper toilet,towels .. for long term staying.This place is not suitable for kids, sorry we are not able to host kids and children at this time. Please note that we have other suites at the same building and although we have a serious house rules but if anyone don’t respect it, you might hear some noise and we only need to mention here just in case because we would like to be updated with airbnb policies. *please do not leave any unwashed dishes to avoid any charges * Please note that all these rules are for your security and great stay with us.
