On the Creek Bed now has a newly built cottage, with its own fully equipped kitchenette (two burner induction stove top and Breville Smart oven), fireplace, Wi-Fi, heat pump/air-conditioning and a private screened porch. It is situated in spacious, landscaped grounds sloping towards the river where there is a canoe for guest use to canoe to town. Only a 10- 12 minute walk to Middlebury College's Bicentennial Hall. 18 minute walk to town or to center of campus. It can accommodate a family of 4 comfortably with a queen bed on the first floor and 2 singles on the upper level. The cottage is not suitable for very young children who are crawling or walking because of the spiral staircase. We do have an EV level 2 charger available. The cost is $0.20 per kWh. Other things to note The second floor is not sound isolated because of the spiral staircase. If privacy is important in both sleeping areas the cottage would not be suitable.
