Twin house with 3 suites and 1 bedroom/living room (6 single beds, and 1 king-size bed, for 8 people), huge living room, kitchen with all you may need (cooker, oven, grilling plate, microwave, fridge, washing machine, and dishwasher), and service WC. The house shares areas with the twin house next door: swimming pool (not heated - with open coverage), entrance hall, huge exterior patio with tables and chairs, 1st-floor sunny terrace with an amazing view, and a garage. The space You won’t be disappointed by this house, our breathtaking river views and inviting swimming pool will win you over. Your family and friends will feel at home when you all walk through the door and see our stunning living room, seating on our comfortable sofa, zapping among the cable channels on a flat-screen TV, or enjoying a homemade dinner. In the kitchen, you will find everything you may need to cook, or you can always opt for a barbecue on the main sunny terrace. Going upstairs you will find out the house has 3 spacey suites – each of them with its own private bathrooms – and 1 bedroom/living room. Please keep in mind that the property shares the terraces, pool, and garage with the twin house next door. Guest access Please note that there are shared areas, with the twin house next door. The swimming pool (not heated - with open coverage), entrance hall, huge exterior patio with tables and chairs, 1st-floor sunny terrace with an amazing view, and a 4 car garage (each house can park up 2 cars). Other things to note Please notice that the swimming pool isn't heated. If you would like cleaning and change of towels and linens in the middle of your stay, we can arrange it for an extra cost. So if you're interested, please let us know! These are self-catering houses. The house heating is available from November to February. There's no AC or fans in the house. Visitors are only allowed with host permission. So if you're planning to invite someone into the house, please let us know. Always remember to keep the windows closed anytime you are out in the city – it can rain anytime. Be gentle with doors, make sure to not make any extra noise when shutting them, and also make sure to always properly close the main door of the building. Keys have a cost of 50€ in case of loss or damage. Make sure that you have all your belongings with you before checking out. We will charge 25€ plus shipping to send forgotten items. As you may know, Portugal has rules that require hosts to register their guests with local law enforcement authorities. To comply with this mandatory legal obligation, we may acquire your data, including name, surname, nationality, date and place of birth, city and country of home address, ID or passport details. Please remember, we will do everything for you to feel at home in our house, in exchange we just ask you to be respectful of the guests next door and to take care of it as if it was your own.
