Charming house in the village of Cotignac. Suitable for the whole family, 70 m2 townhouse with two bedrooms and terrace with beautiful views of the hills. It's a good place to live year-round. Access to a large shared pool. Deckchair and parasol available. (Open from 06/01 to 10/01). About 1 km from one of the most beautiful villages in France, Cotignac, you can do everything on foot. Rental from June to September from Saturday to Saturday. The space You will have two bedrooms separated by the living room and kitchen overlooking a terrace with pergolas that has a dining table and an outdoor lounge. The fully equipped kitchen has a dining table for 6 people. The living room has a sofa bed with coffee table and smart TV. Bathroom with walk-in shower and sink. (water softener) Separate toilet. Air conditioning in each room of the accommodation. You also have access to a large swimming pool and its deckchairs shared with my family (they swim little) from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (see rules). To access the pool you will have the pleasure of crossing a beautiful flower garden. The pool has a beautiful view of the Cotignac landscapes. For stays longer than two weeks, it is possible to have access to a cleaning on Saturday morning (terms on request). Rental periods: - From June 1 to September 31, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. - From October 1st to May 31st, rentals are from two nights. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment and the pool area from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. by crossing a pretty flower garden. (Pool open from 05/01 to 10/01) Other things to note I have prepared some small documents grouping together the different activities for adults and children, as well as the restaurants in Cotignac.
