The space This is a private room with an attached toilet/bathroom. The only shared space is an entry corridor with a sofa. There is no Cooking allowed in this room. You can only reheat food in the microwave with available dishes. No induction cooking allowed. There is no parking allowed in the building compound or in front of the gate. We do not have parking on the premises. You will have to look around for street parking.
