Lovely 3 bedroom house in High Barnet

Bring the whole family to this great living house with lots of room for the perfect stay. The house is newly decorated and everything is new. The three bedroom house is only 5 minute walk to High Barnet station. From there you can get the tube to central London in 35 minutes, the trains are frequently. The area is very quiet, near by is the High Street with different shops, cafés, tradition pubs and restaurants. Barnet Market is 7 minutes walk away. The space There are three bedrooms in this newly renovated semi detached house, one master bedroom with a king size bed, one double bedroom that has a single bed that also turns into a double bed, a big size single bedroom with a big single bed. An open plan kitchen with everything including. As this is a living house and let only when host is away, guests can use kitchen essentials such as: oil, salt, sugar, herbs, coffee capsules, tea, washing up liquid and laundry detergent. The dining area has a wood burner. There is a huge green garden to enjoy with different roses, growing vegetables and grass area to play football. There is also a big patio with a dining table and two benches to have lunch or dinner alfresco. Egg chair also available to use outside. Guest access Guests can use the driveway to park their car, two spaces available. Guests allowed to use all area around the house. Other things to note Guests are advised to read house manual carefully. Heaters/radiators can be turned “on” by switching on the thermostat on the corridor. Heaters must be “on”only for two hours a day maximum and must be switched off manually by pressing the on/off button on the thermostat. Do not leave radiators on constant. Wood burner stoves can be used if you know how to use them. Firelighters and logs provided. Be considerate not to use them all day long, maximum two hours a day. Failure to comply with this rule will result in guests paying for central heating if used more than instructed. Meter readings are taken before and after each stay. Be mindful! Toilet: Please, nothing but toilet paper should go in the toilet. There’s a little bin provided for everything else. Kitchen items: Dishes and cups can be found in the upper cabinets on the left hand side of the kitchen. Silverware is in the drawer on the opposite side of the oven, pans are in the cabinet. Feel free to use any of these utensils as needed to prepare your meal. When you’re done, you must put dirty dishes in the dishwasher. When you have a full load, only then start the machine. As this is a living house and only on Airbnb when hosts are away, guests must not help themselves with food, drinks or other things unless stated or authorised by the host. As guests are not charged for cleaning it’s important the house is left clean and tidy on the check out. Garden door to be locked at all times. Parking is free in the driveway. No parties allowed. No guests to be invited apart from those on Airbnb.
