This is totally separate building, very modern house which includes a 2-car garage and parking for 2 additional vehicles, set on a private 1-acre property behind the owner's house. You'll enjoy a sleek, open kitchen, refreshing showers, ultra-comfortable beds and a spotless living space. Guests also have access to a pickleball court (waiver required prior check-in). License: 21445829 The space We have good lay-out of 3 separate bedrooms wiith Hybrid beds: 1 king bed Hybrid Mattress (Winkbed Luxury), 2 queen bedrooms (Winkbed luxury firm and Dream cloud) Hybrid Mattress, have 2 bathrooms with nice walk in showers, masters and walk in closet and sliding door closets on 2 bedrooms. Master bedroom is really nice with rain shower head. If you need extra bed, we also have a pull-out sofa at the living room. We have TVs, Wifi, full size washer and dryer and fully stocked kitchen. Guest access THIS HOUSE IS TOTALLY A SEPARATE BUILDING and DETACHED FROM THE MAIN HOUSE for total privacy. You will enter in a separate gate going to the guest house, this gate is will be open during your stay. You can enter the house with the code then, you can use the 2 car garage once you are inside the home. You can also use the driveway if you have big pick-up cars. Other things to note We require the booking guest to show identification upon check-in. We live in the property, thus, if there is anything you need to make your stay comfortable, pls let us know, we will do our best to quickly respond to your needs. Sorry, we have no Cable TV, only the standard free TV channels using our antenna, pls use your own account and delete in the Smart TV. Early check-in and late check-out $20.00 per hr with host approval. The property is using septic tank system and there are rules such as "only toilet paper" to flush and " no grease/oil or solids" in kitchen sink area to avoid clogging of the septic system. The property's backyard is a farm with horses and cows. We monitor the cars going inside the property lines for everyone's safety so guests are asked to provide car info including their visitors. Pickleball is shared with owners and guests, thus, play is on rotating basis. Thus. Sometimes you can hear the players but it’s only during daytime.Sorry, no lights on the court, thus, play pickleball when the sun is up. Please inform the host if you will use the court for waiver to be signed.
