The flat is located between the Prado Museum and the Retiro Park, and close to Serrano street and Puerta del Alcalá (approximately 15 minutes walking distance). It is the ideal place to visit Madrid with family or friends. Accommodation is available for short-term stays and requires the signing of a lease agreement. The space In a building with an elevator, the apartment is located on the ground floor of the building, slightly below street level. From here, you can walk to the most emblematic places of the cultural life of the city, as it is close to the Prado Museum (3 minutes walk), the Thyssen Museum (10 minutes walk) and the Reina Sofia Museum (15 minutes walk). Moreover, walking around the area, you can reach the Puerta de Alcalá and the Gran Vía, approximately 15 minutes walk. Also, about 300 metres away, there is the Retiro Park. It is activated with the thermostat that is in the living room and another in the main bedroom (from both the A/C of the entire house is controlled) The house has heating by means of a gas boiler with radiators in all rooms that is activated by a thermostat located in the corridor. The hot water works through a gas boiler. Restricted area by car: If you come by car, keep in mind the new current regulations, which require you to park your vehicle in a car park unless you have an electric or plug-in hybrid car.
