Our small ranch is idyllically located in the Eifel-Ardennes region in the German-speaking part of Belgium, at an altitude of 550 m. Enjoy the tranquility of nature and the fantastic view – perfect for a relaxing break. Our cozy, 90 m² apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. Vacation with Shetland pony (for a fee) Barrel sauna with wood-burning stove (€10/day) Late check-out by arrangement Guest horses possible Revival Ranch includes this apartment and a vacation home. The space The apartment is spread over two floors and is accessible via an external staircase from the courtyard. ✨ Lower floor: • Spacious living and dining area with open kitchen, newly renovated in 2024 • Modern shower room and separate toilet ✨ Upper floor: • One bedroom with two double beds (1.80 x 2.00 m & 1.60 x 2.00 m) • Another bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a single bed (1.20 x 2.00 m) as well as a crib (1.20 x 0.60 m) and small changing table 🚨 Important note: Access to the apartment is via a steep grating staircase. Inside the apartment, a steep staircase leads to the upper floor. This can be challenging for people with walking disabilities or for dogs. Grilling & coziness Various seating areas are available in the courtyard and garden. In addition, you can freely use our grills (gas, wood or charcoal) as well as the fireplaces – just coordinate with each other if necessary. Amenities & extras To make you feel completely comfortable, we provide you with the following things: ✔️ Linens & towels ✔️ Toilet paper, dish soap, 1 dishwasher tab per day, 1 kitchen towel, sponge & cloth ✔️Soap ✔️ Salt, sugar & some spices (no oil) ✔️ Filter bags for the coffee maker ✔️ Firewood (available for a fee) Our animals & your vacation experience Right behind the house, our animal roommates are waiting for you: dogs, chickens, ducks, dwarf goats, dwarf sheep as well as our horses and Shetland ponies. If you like, you can purchase fresh eggs from our chickens (subject to availability). We are happy if your children take care of the animals with us. Since you like animals, you know, of course, that you don't just feed them. Not even with grass. 🐶 Dogs are welcome – please note our house rules. Our own friendly dogs are happy to have nice canine companions. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate❌ cats due to a cat hair allergy. 🚗 Parking: • Two parking spaces are available right in front of the house. If you arrive with more cars, please let us know – you may have to park something outside. • Motorcycles can be parked in the yard. • In winter, please remember the appropriate tires! Our offer: A magical first pony adventure for children & parents! 🐴✨ Do you want to immerse yourself in the wonderful world of ponies together with your child? When you get to know the pony, you will experience firsthand what it is like to care for, groom and of course ride a pony! Together we get the pony from the pasture, brush its soft fur and get it ready for riding. With a lot of patience and playful explanation, the children – and also the parents – learn everything important about respectful interaction with the animals. Each child can discover at their own pace what makes them happy: riding, leading the pony or simply watching and stroking it. Getting to know the pony is the perfect for further adventures, such as guided riding with parents. Want to know more? Important information for your stay 📌 For Belgian tax, I need your name and address when booking. 📌 Before departure Final cleaning is included in the price and includes thorough cleaning of the accommodation. However, there are some tasks that you will need to do yourself before you leave: ✅ Inside and outside, put everything back in its place – especially furniture and toys ✅ Wash dishes & empty the dishwasher ✅ Coarse dirt (e.g. crumbs, animal hair, soil) ✅ Take deposit bottles and unusual garbage (e.g. large boxes, gift boxes, large quantities of bottles) ✅ Either leave the key in the key safe or hand it over in person 📝 Thank you for your understanding and your contribution to fairness among all guests! 😊 For families with kids Children are very welcome here! 🧸 We have put together a selection of toys for you with a lot of love. Please handle it carefully, use what is in the house only in the house and put it back in its place after playing - inside and outside. 🔹 If you want the toys removed before you arrive, just let us know.
