Our small ranch is idyllically located in the Eifel-Ardennes region in the German-speaking part of Belgium, at an altitude of 550 m. Enjoy the tranquility of nature and the fantastic view – perfect for a relaxing break. Our cozy, 90 m² apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. Vacation with Shetland pony (for a fee) Barrel sauna with wood-burning stove (€10/day) Late check-out by arrangement Guest horses possible Revival Ranch includes this apartment and a vacation home. The space The apartment is spread over two floors and is accessible via an external staircase from the courtyard. ✨ Bottom floor: • Spacious living and dining area with open kitchen newly renovated in 2024 • Modern shower bath and separate toilet ✨ Top Floor: • One bedroom with two double beds (1.80 x 2.00 m & 1.60 x 2.00 m) • Another bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a single bed (1.20 x 2.00 m) and a cot (1.20 x 0.60 m) and small changing table 🚨 Important notice: Access to the apartment is via a steep grid staircase. Also inside the apartment, a steep staircase leads to the upper floor. This can be a challenge for people with walking disabilities or for dogs. Crickets & Coziness Various seating options are available in the yard and garden. You can also use our grills (gas, wood or charcoal) as well as the fire pits – just coordinate with each other if necessary. Amenities & Extras To make you feel completely comfortable, we provide you with the following things: ✔️ Bed linen & towels ✔️ Toilet paper, dish soap, 1 dishwasher tab per day, 1 kitchen towel, dishwashing sponge & cloth ✔️Soap ✔️ Salt, sugar & some spices (no oil) ✔️ Filter bags for the coffee machine ✔️ Firewood (available for a fee) Our animals & your holiday experience Right behind the house, our animal roommates are waiting for you: dogs, chickens, running ducks, dwarf goats, dwarf sheep as well as our horses and Shetland ponies. If you like, you can purchase fresh eggs from our chickens (depending on availability). We are happy if your children will take care of the animals with us. Since you like animals, of course you know that you don't just feed them otherwise. Not only with grass. 🐶 Dogs are very welcome – please note our house rules. Our own friendly dogs are happy about nice companions. Unfortunately, we can't accommodate ❌ cats – due to a cat hair allergy. 🚗 Parking: • Two car parking spaces are available right in front of the house. If you arrive with more cars, please let us know – you may need to park a little outside. • Motorcycles can be parked in the yard. • In winter, please think about the appropriate tire! Our offer: An enchanting first pony adventure for kids & parents! 🐴✨ Would you like to immerse yourself in the wonderful world of ponies with your child? When you get to know the pony, you get up close and experience what it's like to care for, maintain, and of course ride a pony! Together we get the pony from the pasture, brush its soft fur and make it all set for horseback riding. With a lot of patience and playful explanation, the children – and also the parents – learn everything important about the respectful handling of the animals. Each child is allowed to discover at their own pace what makes them happy: horseback riding, running the pony, or just watching and petting them. Getting to know pony is the perfect base for more adventures, like guided horseback riding with parents. Want to learn more? Important information for your stay 📌 For the Belgian tax, I absolutely need your name and address when booking. 📌 Before leaving Final cleaning is included in the price and includes the thorough cleaning of the accommodation. However, there are some tasks you can do yourself before you leave: ✅ In and out, put everything back in its place – especially furniture and toys Wash ✅ dishes & take out the dishwasher ✅ Sweep away coarse dirt (e.g. crumbs, pet hair, soil) Take ✅ deposit bottles and unusual waste (e.g. large boxes, gift packaging, large quantities of bottles) with you Either leave the ✅ key in the key safe or leave it in person 📝 Thank you for your understanding and contribution to fairness among all guests! 😊 For families with children Children are welcome here! 🧸 We have lovingly put together a selection of toys for you. Please handle it carefully, use what is in the house only in the house and put it back in its place after playing - inside and outside. 🔹 If you want to remove the toys before your arrival, just let us know.
