Large farmhouse in the countryside, quiet and warm.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene accommodation. The house is old, it's its charm and you have to tolerate its little imperfections! The house is located in a large quiet garden and close to shops and outings: > 5 min walk from the village (grocery store, bakery, bar-tobacconist-restaurant, butcher, pharmacy). > The forest is within walking distance by the paths. > 25 min from the sea and the beaches. 10 min from the Château de la Hunaudaye, Ferme d'Antan and water activities in Jugon les Lacs. The space In front of the house, a large garden with covered terrace and garden furniture, courtyard to park the cars in the shelter. A small outbuilding can accommodate belongings (bicycles, games...), and contains the washing machine. The entrance overlooks a large living and dining room area equipped with sofas, armchair and large table, with a wood stove in an old fireplace and beautiful stone walls. The sofa is convertible into a double bed. Several doors lead to the garden. The separate kitchen is right next door, fully equipped: table and chairs, microwave, dishwasher, cutlery and utensils. It communicates with the garden. Further on the ground floor, a bathroom with sink and shower and toilet. Two large bedrooms: - Bedroom 1: 1 double bed - Bedroom 2: 2 single beds Upstairs, three large bedrooms: - Bedroom 3: 1 sofa bed, 1 double bed, 1 single bed. - Bedroom 4: 2 single beds. - Bedroom 5: 1 double bed. A water point (sink). There are also toilets upstairs. Guest access You have access to the entire house except the attic and a storage room that are reserved. The house adjoins other dwellings of the farmhouse, which are inhabited and to which you do not have access. Other things to note DURATION OF STAY For the summer we take reservations by the week from Saturday to Saturday. However, please don't hesitate to contact us, sometimes we can respond to special requests. BEDDING AND SHEETS Bed linen is not provided. We can provide it for €15 per bed. NEARBY FARM The house is next to a farm, which is an organic buffalo farm (production of mozzarella, yogurt, fresh cheese). It is important to follow the following guidelines: > Farm buildings are private and strictly not accessible to the public. > Animals must not be disturbed: do not enter the fields, do not feed them. > There is no sale of products on the farm. If you want to taste the farm products, the "Plédélices" store sells them (grocery store in the village). However, you can walk along the paths that pass in front of the farm and fields.
