Take a break from the city and get some fresh air! Escape to Stillwaters Ranch in our 2 bedroom, loft, 2 bathroom cabin. With wifi available you can choose to connect or disconnect from your daily life. Enjoy your mornings overlooking a beautiful spring fed pond or grab your fishing gear for an adventure. The cabin is conveniently located 10 miles or 15 minutes from the historical town of Llano, 40 miles or 45 minutes from Fredericksburg, Marble Falls, Mason, and San Saba. The space Bedroom 1 includes 2 Twin XL beds with a private full bathroom. Two beds can be pushed together if requested. Bedroom 2 includes 1 King bed and 1 Twin XL beds with a shared full bathroom. There is a loft area (low ceilings) with 2 Twin XL beds which is suitable for older kids. The cabin includes all linens, a full kitchen stocked with dishes, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, coffee maker, and toaster. A propane grill is located on the front porch. Other things to note CABIN RULES/INFO Please… 1. No pets 2. ALL gates must remain closed. 3. IF BUN BAN IS IN EFFECT FOR LLANO COUNTY, ABSOLUTELY NO OPEN FIRES. An offense under the subsection Texas Local Government Code, Chpt 352.081 is a Class C misdemeanor. 4. No hunting or shooting firearms (excludes paying hunters) 5. No smoking inside the cabin 6. Smoking allowed outside. Do NOT put out cigarettes/cigars on the porch floor or rails. Pick up all cigarette/cigar butts and throw them away in the designated receptacle. 7. Place full trash bags in outdoor trash bins located by front stairs. Snap lid securely to prevent varmints from littering. 8. Pond is available for your use for fishing (at your own risk). 9. Do not swim in pond. 10. No ATVs (all terrain vehicles like 4-wheelers or buggies) For Your Safety… 1. Be very cautious about snakes when walking or fishing. We are in their habitat. 2. Stay away from raccoons, skunks, and wild animals. 3. No campfires allowed except by special permission. 4. No driving or walking on ranch after dark. 5. Never climb a fence or gate. 6. Leave gates exactly as you found them. Before You Leave… 1. Turn off HVAC/MINI-SPLIT Units (3 total). 2. Turn off all lights and fans. 3. Leave used beds unmade. 4. Take all trash to outdoor trash bins located in front of cabin.
