Curcu-House is a cozy bioclimatic house with tropical architecture, with a steel structure, teak walls and floors, and large translucent doors with views of the sea and the exuberant vegetation. Large flying terraces that touch the treetops, with an open concept, allowing us to connect with nature and with oneself. The lot where the property is located has a great diversity of fruit trees, lianas, and birds that come to drink and lull us to sleep with their songs. The space Curcu-House is cozy. It feels very spacious because of how bright it is, with an open concept since all the doors and windows can be opened, which makes the internal and external spaces integrate. The house is ideal for 1 couple or for 1 couple with 1 or 2 children or for a couple with 1 or 2 friends. The main room has a comfortable Queen size bed and also has a full bathroom, air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The living room is where the 2 Twin beds are located, one of which (the lower one) can be used as a sofa. In this common area there is also a ceiling fan. The kitchen is very bright and complete. You can use the stove and the microwave to prepare your meals and a toaster to heat and toast bread, for example. All food and drinks can be stored in the fridge. There are also plastic containers for you to store food that does not need refrigeration. There are 2 external terraces, one with an ocean view with 2 beach chairs ideal for sunbathing or reading and a table with 4 chairs. On the other external terrace there is a picnic-style table set with a view of the trees. There is also a small lower terrace, in the shade, which is very nice and cool, with 2 hammocks, ideal for taking a nap or to put the mats and do yoga. In the garden there is a table and cement benches. From there you can appreciate nature and the edible plants that make up the garden. During the rainy season the garden and the surroundings are very exuberant. During the dry season (December to May) the landscape turns golden and many plants lose their foliage. It is another kind of beauty during the dry season. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house. You can also enjoy the garden, with a view of the sea and trees, which has some benches and an outdoor table to which you can place a parasol. From this garden they can harvest, depending on the season, turmeric, ginger, two types of basil, wild anise, moringa, papaya, hibiscus rosa-sinensis, hibiscus sabdariffa, spinach, sweet pepper, cashew, jobo, jagua, carob and more. Other things to note Walking three minutes we arrive at the semi-private Punta Roca beach in Los Destiladeros (you can see the waves from the room and the terrace and go down to surf, or see the tides to take a walk or take a dip) and ten minutes by car from Puerto Escondido and Panamaes beaches. It is enjoyable to walk along the paths and observe the characteristic nature of the tropical dry forests. The magical town of Pedasí, with colonial architecture, where shops and restaurants abound, is only 10 minutes away by car; its people are super friendly and faithful guardians of traditions and folklore.
