Large suite with 2 rooms in a lovely period home

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located 3 bedroom house. A lovely place to stop after a busy day or long trip. The room is very large and has Queen size bed, as well as a comfortable reading chair in the attached small bedroom/sitting room. Located in a nice quiet street with very little highway noise. Walk across the road to the Bowls Club for a quiet drink, or for a great, hearty meal, walk 1min down the road to the truck stop. Or just relax in the park with a picnic. The space Enjoy the tranquillity this lovely old home offers. It has high ceilings, spacious rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and so much more. It does have NBN connected for guest use. Your room has a 40in smartTV which is connected to the internet only. Netflix is also available on the TVs. There is a range of foods available in the fully equipped kitchen, both in the cupboards and the freezer which you are welcome to use. There is also a small range of various non dairy milks if required. As this house is almost 100 years old, it does not have modern heating and cooling! There is a gas heater in the lounge which heats the area very quickly, as well as heaters in each room. There are pedestal fans available in the hotter months, as well as an evaporative cooler through most of the home. 2 ragdoll cats live inside. There is 1 small step to enter the home, and another when going from the kitchen to the bathroom. If going out the back door, there is a flight of stairs. As the bathroom and kitchen is shared, I do ask if you can just pick up after yourselves. Used towels, etc can be left in the washing basket on the washing machine. Please also just wash your dishes after use. There are 3 bedrooms which may be in use when you are here. You will be advised if there are any other guests during your stay. Guest access Guests have use of a large, grassed backyard. You can go through the rear gate and access the huge, local park with bike track. If it's a lovely day, relax with a coffee on the comfortable couch on the front verandah. Parking is on the street ONLY. During your stay I am not always on-site so sometimes you may have this lovely space to yourself. You will be advised 24hrs prior whether someone will be there, or if there will be other guests. I am available to be contacted by phone at any time if required. Text is my preferred communication. Should there be a problem, I have people available to sort out most problems if I cannot be there. I do hope you enjoy the serenity this house gives Other things to note I do have 2 ragdoll cats that live with me. They do get closed into my rooms when I have guests but there is usually some sort of cat hair somewhere.
