Beyond the large garden is the ever-changing colors of the sea over which the sunsets are lovely. The space Villetta sits on a 1200 sqm lot. The beach is a minute away and directly accessible through the beach gate while the 6-car garage faces the road and the river teeming with mangroves that are home to many species of fish and shellfish. The bridge to the river provides an easy access to many other activities like fishing and boating. Your Home Away The cozy space is the perfect getaway to escape from the crowd of the big cities and enjoy a quieter pace of life. It has all the amenities you could wish for: automatic washing machine, modern kitchen, fast and free Wi-fi. There is even a stand-by generator that can power most of the house in case of outages. As you enter the main door, you will be greeted by a kitchen that is beautifully furnished with overhead cabinetry, quartz countertops and a full-size refrigerator. If you are looking to impress your family and friends with your culinary delights, use our high quality tools and stainless steel appliances that include an oven, electric/gas range, microwave, rice cooker, kettle, bread toaster, even. How about SMEG To liven up the kitchen with expressive color and design, there's an electric citrus juicer and a filter coffee drip for you to enjoy during your stay. Worry not because both are user-friendly. The citrus fruits and ground coffee are for you to bring. Hot and Cold water Our guests are treated with care and concern so we privide the first 5-gallon container of filtered water on a water dispenser. Hot and cold are provided. The first container is complimentary while the next ones can be delivered for a fee. Guest access To the Beach A one minute walk across the beautifully landscaped lawn will get you to the beach. The many young shrubs and trees provide the shade you need. Large Patio Beyond the glass doors clad in shimmering white curtains is the large patio furnished with a dining table and plenty of chairs. For after dinner cocktails and casual dining, I bet you will thank the host for thinking about the outdoors. 7m x 4m Pool Rectangular in shape, the pool is filled with fresh water and is cleaned and filtered 2x a day using high quality pool chemicals only. To keep it crystal clear, strict maintenance procedure is observed. White Wooden Gazebo The soothing sound of the ocean waves crashing into the shore, the healing scent of salt water and the fresh sea breeze are best enjoyed at the gazebo. Here, you will find the peace and quiet your weary soul desires. Outdoor Kitchen Apart from the main kitchen, our guests may use the outdoor kitchen instead to keep the house smelling fresh and clean. The Charcoal Grill Use it anywhere outdoors - near the pool or the gazebo or even closer to the beach. The first 2 small bags of charcoal is provided free of charge. Utility Area For your helpers and drivers, the utility area is provided for their comfort. Chairs and tables are provided for them to use. Driver's Room with Bathroom is off the Utility area, near the garage. Other things to note Villetta has the right number and sizes of beds good for 16 guests and they are meticulously made up for the guests before they arrive. The living room sofa may be irresistibly comfortable for sleeping but kindly use the bedrooms for the purpose. Children 5 years old and below can come free if they share a bed with the parents. Please include the helpers, nannies and drivers in the count.
