Each guests is issued a unique door code that is activated upon check in and deactivated at your checkout time. As we are a shared beach community we have a NO PET policy and strict NO PARTYING policy. Quiet hours are from 9pm-8am. No sport court usage during quiet time. Please respect all local burn bans for outdoor firepit. Please do not bring inflatable slides, toys or pools Please observe community rules regarding 20mph speed limit on the private community road. We have a strict 10 guest limit (includes all children and visitors). This is a NO SMOKING property ( includes cannabis and tobacco inside and exterior) No Judgement...but if this is important for your group this will not be a good fit. Please no shellfish harvesting or crabbing from the beaches
