We are Marielle and Philippe, and Looping our dog. Our 18th-century guest house, Le Grand Houx, is located in the centre of Orthez (64). It is 1 hour from the Atlantic beaches, 1½ hours from the Pyrenees ski slopes, and 30 minutes from the thermal baths of Dax and Salies de Béarn. You can enjoy the pleasures of the ocean and mountain hiking. Shops, restaurants, cinema, theatre, museum and historical sites are all within a 5-minute walk. Table d'hôte meals available on request.
