Tucked away in the green hills of Estepona, just 5 minutes from the coast, it’s a peaceful hideaway with a breathtaking view. The apartment is fully equipped and ideal for families and digital nomads. Two spacious terraces — accessible from every room — let you enjoy the morning and evening sun. The space - penthouse with 2 large terraces with beautiful views - swimming pool + children's pool in a green environment - 5 minutes drive from the beach - 10 minutes from the center of Estepona or Marbella - equipped with many luxurious amenities - lightning fast internet - 2 private parking spaces Our two-storey penthouse, suitable for 4 to 6 people, is located in one of the most beautiful areas of the province of Malaga: Estepona, next to the bustling Marbella. The house has a panoramic view of the sea and mountains and consists of a spacious living and dining room with semi-open kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bathrooms and 2 large terraces. There are two bedrooms with high ceilings and a special architecture, both of which have a beautiful view and a sunny terrace. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen size box spring. From the bedroom you go through the 'walk-in closet' to the beautiful en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and two sinks. We provide towels, shampoo and shower gel. The other bedroom also has its own luxurious bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. In the living room there is a very comfortable sofa bed on which another two guests can sleep. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning that can provide both good cooling and nice warmth. The house has a fully equipped semi-open kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and combined fridge/freezer. We provide delicious coffee and all basic necessities such as salt, pepper, dishwashing cubes, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc. There is a washing machine in a separate laundry room. In the kitchen there is a breakfast / (work) room. At the high table with stools you can have breakfast together, work or do crafts. Living room The living room is cozy and furnished with care. There is a comfortable lounge corner sofa that accommodates a double bed. In the winter months you can enjoy the fireplace. There is a dining table for 6 people with comfortable chairs. For the digital nomads among us, there is super fast internet, which is useful for focused work or watching Netflix. ;) You can listen to your own music via the Sonos speaker. And you can watch television on the smart TV. There is a spacious terrace on both the first and second floor. The lower terrace has a comfortable lounge seating area and a dining table (6 p). You can really chill in the hanging chair. When we are there ourselves, you will always find us on the terrace: to eat, drink, read, relax and in the meantime enjoy the great view of the mountains. You can reach the upper terrace from the bedrooms on the first floor. It's a lovely spot for coffee, sunbathing or yoga in the morning and stargazing in the evening. The complex is secured and is located in a green area. It has a well-tended tropical garden, a communal outdoor pool and a children's pool open all year round. There are (free) sun beds and there is a cupboard with games for in the water or on the field. Because it is often quiet in the pool, it feels like a private pool. From the pool you have a beautiful view. The garden and pool are well maintained. In the garden there are several nice corners to sit and look out over the landscape. 2 private parking spaces The complex has an underground parking garage. Our house has 2 private parking spaces. From the parking lot you step directly into the elevator and when you reach the top you are almost immediately in front of the entrance of our apartment. Easy and very nice if you come home tired with the groceries or after a day at the beach. Surroundings Our house in Estepona is located on the Costa del Sol in the province of Malaga, one of the most beautiful areas of Spain. It is located in the middle of the Golden Triangle, within easy reach of beaches, golf courses, attractions, shops, restaurants and nightclubs. Within a 5-minute drive you are on the beach and within fifteen minutes in the center of authentic Estepona or bustling Marbella. Malaga Airport (AGP) is 50 minutes away by car. climate Estepona/Malaga has a Mediterranean, very pleasant climate with 320 sunny days a year and an average temperature of 20º! Guest access Our guests have the entire house at their disposal (including 2 parking spaces) and also access to the communal garden and outdoor pools. Other things to note Our place / complex Monte Selwo is '100% relaxation & nature'. You can have a drink on our terrace, for parties you can go to the center of cozy Estepona or bustling Marbella.
