Cedar Creek Sauble Beach: perfect for families

Welcome to Cedar Creek! Our summer weekly rentals start on Sundays. Located in the heart of Sauble Beach; our cottage is just a 2 minute walk to the beach and we are only an 8 minute walk to Main Street. This cottage is set on a beautiful, tranquil property with a creek surrounded by cedar trees. The space Super clean with enhanced cleaning. Inside, you will find a comfortable 2 bedroom bungalow cottage. The full kitchen is fully stocked (cooking tools) including kitchen linens and an outdoor bbq. Our backyard has a built-in fire pit to gather around and cozy up. As well as a picnic table for outdoor dining. Guest access Self check-in. Guests have access to the entire house and yard. Our house is perfect for families. We have three beds in two bedrooms to accommodate up to 4 adults or 2 adults and children. The maximum number of guests on the property cannot exceed 4 adults or a family of 5 with young children at any time. Other things to note Arrival and departure on Sunday. Min Stay: -July to September- 6 night nights -September & October - 2 nights -Update: A new filtration system for clean drinkable water is installed and we will be planting more trees and installing a privacy fence in the backyard. -EARLY DEPARTURE: There are no refunds for early departures. This includes departures due to inclement weather, illness, or any other reason. -To access the beach you can head north to the end of Third Ave and the beach is straight ahead. -The cottage has a brand new water filtration system. Including a UV light and softener; removes the sulfur and iron. It is safe to drink, bath, wash dishes and brush teeth. -Garbage and Recycling must be removed. Please store in shed as there are bears. Please go to 1249 Sauble Falls Parkway. Mon 10-2pm Tues-Sat 8:30-12pm & 1-4pm Sunday 12-4pm -One large spring water jugs will also be provided. -The cottage does NOT come with any bathroom towels, hand towels, beach towels or blankets. -There are sheets and pillow cases, but NO blankets. -Bathroom is renovated and has a medicine cabinet for storing personal items. -Please note there are no laundry facilities in Sauble Beach. Closest laundry is located in Wiarton or Southampton. -There are pillows and one queen bed, one double(bunk) and one single bed(bunk) -Because the cottage is in a neighbourhood, courtesy towards the neighbours is appreciated. -No loud late night parties. -No excessive noise after 11PM. -No large gatherings allowed. -No overnight guests unless registered through Airbnb upon booking. -Total number of guests on the property cannot exceed 5. -The cottage is suitable for 4 adults or 2 adults and kids (bunk beds). -No trailers, air mattress or tents on site. -There are outdoor cameras on the property. -The cottage is NOT pet friendly.
