The space The house offers a large double bedroom with a living room equipped with a comfortable sofa bed. Large eat-in kitchen and bathroom with walk-in shower. The house is heated by both natural gas radiators and a pellet stove. The garden for exclusive use is fully fenced and safe to contain any pets. There are several options for grilling in the garden. The house is available and usable all year round, thanks in part to the ski areas of Foppolo (10 km - 20 min) and Carona (4 km - 10 min), as well as Valtorta (25 km - 40 min), which is connected to the Piani di Bobbio. Guest access The house has independent access from the garden for exclusive use. Next to the front door, you will find the combination lockbox for self check-in. There is only one step to access the house from the garden. Other things to note The house is inside the charming Borgo dei Monaci at the foot of the Branzi waterfall. The village is not accessible to cars so it is a safe place for pedestrians. Just a few meters from the village, there is a large parking lot that in summer requires a time disc for daytime hours. Just above there is a second one without limitations. In the large parking lot, there is also a large canopy that covers the space where you can throw away recycled waste.
