This adorable cottage is just 5 minutes east of Thanksgiving Point with views of the majestic Mt. Timpanogos! The farmhouse decor gives it a Magnolia feel with extra blankets and pillows. This home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a study area, great room, a breakfast bar and dining room. There’s a laundry room and a Jacuzzi! The house has been newly updated with beautiful granite countertops and hard surface floors! Beginning in January 2024 we are required to have a minimum stay of 30 days. Our cottage offers a master bedroom with a king size bed, a bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed and the other has 2 twin beds. There are 2 queen size tall inflatable beds in the master closet too! There is also a pack and play available. Just a couple blocks away is the paved Murdock Trail that runs for 17 miles passing parks and connecting 7 communities in Utah county. It also offers a dirt trail beside it for mountain bikes or for equestrian use! If you’re bringing horses along, we have a spot for them as well! Graystone also has a fenced in yard with a doggie door into the laundry room where your dog is welcome although we do ask that your fur baby stay in the designated area. There are extra towels for each bathroom, 2 bathrobes in the master closet and beach towels for the jacuzzi use! The smart tvs and blackout curtains make movie time any time and sleeping in, an option! The kitchen is fully equipped for some fun cooking and everything you’ll need for a long or short term stay! There is plenty of parking for all your needs including trailers! Additionally, enjoy a seamless checkin with a keypad entry. The entire house will be yours and we live just 5 minutes away if and/or when there’s anything you need! Highland is a wonderfully central location with several Utah ski resorts, waterfalls, hikes, lakes and mountains all within 45 minutes! The entire cottage is for your use and no one else lives on the property. I will be available at all times and can be reached best by text. I live about 5 minutes away and can come quickly! This is a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors on every side. This home has big beautiful trees and a large front yard with grass for playing! It also has a fenced in backyard for your little ones or your fur baby! We also have an area in the side yard where horses could be kept if needed. We will just need to know in advance to put the corrals up. If you’re interested in biking, we have 2 bikes we could bring over.
